Swan Aviation provides support consulting services in all of the areas outlined in the training section. Consulting arrangements can vary but typical engagements include:
- Ongoing retainer (fixed number of days per month, 24 hour response)
- Short and long term embedded contract including interim management support
- Remote support and mentoring programs
- Virtual executive support
