Wanting to identify potential issues prior to a regulatory audit, SWAN AVIATION was contracted (to be provided on an ongoing basis) to complete a highly in-depth full SMS audit of a Canadian airline operations. Known and new issues were addressed and multiple best practices were identified to highlight to the regulator.
